GE Warranty is built on the technical background of the GE Holding Group, which includes German Experts, Experts Car Maintenance and EV Experts. For more than a decade, these workshops have handled repairs for European, Japanese, American and electric vehicles in UAE.

German Experts Car Maintenance started in 2015 in Abu Dhabi as an independent workshop focused on European cars. It was created to meet the demand for a professional, non-dealer service center that could handle complex diagnostics, engine and gearbox repair, body work and programming under one roof.
Over time, the group expanded to Dubai and invested in a large Al Quoz facility of around 4,500 m² with capacity for more than 90 cars a day. The workshops now support petrol, diesel, hybrid and electric vehicles and have served tens of thousands of car owners across UAE. The group holds TÜV certification from the German Technical Supervision Authority and employs a large technical workforce to maintain consistent standards.
As this network grew, many customers asked for warranty options that matched the same level of structure and transparency they experienced in the workshops. They wanted cover that reflected real repair costs, UAE driving conditions and modern vehicle technology, not just generic policy wording. GE Warranty was created in response. It connects the practical workshop experience of the German Experts group with clear warranty plans, defined coverage and a predictable claim process. Our role is to help drivers manage the risk of major repairs and give them a single, reliable point of contact throughout the life of their car.
